How do I earn cash back?
Easy! Create an account with us and start shopping from any of the hundreds of stores we have. You can see the cash back amount that is offered from any store on the left. You may choose from any store based on their popularity or on the amount you get paid.

After choosing a store you must click on the link that takes you to that particular store. You may buy anything you wish or return to Price Limbo to continue searching for a store with the products you need.

When do I get paid?
As soon as you reach $25 in your account balance you will be able to request your cash. Price Limbo will send your cash awards to your PayPal account or a check in the mail. Or you may wish to let your account grow larger before requesting your cash balance.

How do I access my account?
After logging in, you will see your balance in large bold green numbers in the top right of the website. Also, your account will show your accrued amount.

I don't see my Cash Back Rebates yet?
It takes up to 30 days after your purchases to post your cash back rebates. Just be patient you will see it there. Price Limbo must receive confirmation of your purchases from our stores, and many stores may only report a sale when the item is shipped or delivered. If you haven't seen your cash back after you received your product, contact us via our contact us page. Or call our toll free number: 1-801-208-7485. Your assigned account representative will ensure your cash will reach your account!

How do I get paid??
When your account reaches $25 from all your normal online shopping, you will see a button to request your money as a Check, or Paypal payment! It's always easy with us!
Remember, our goal is to help our customers save money and get money back. However, PayPal is free and faster than receiving a check in the mail. So consider registering a free paypal account.

Do I need a PayPal Account Now?
You do not need to open a PayPal account until you reach the minimum account balance of $25 with us. Once that happens you will be able to log in and click on a link that allows you to request your money. However, we recommend you open a PayPal account before you request your money.

What happens if I return a product or cancel an order?
Your cash back rebate will be reversed if you return a product or cancel a service. If your returned product is within the boundaries of the return policies of our affiliated merchants then we don't get paid a commission. This means we cannot pass on any cash back rewards to you.

Can I shop from any store and not be a member of Price Limbo?
Yes, but you will not receive any cash back rebates through us if you do.

I do not see a store I am looking for.
We have over 800 participating merchants. Of course that does not mean we have all stores online. However, we are optimistic that all thrifty shoppers will find almost any product in one of our hundreds of listed merchants.

What is your Premium Membership?
If you upgrade your account, you get paid more! It's that simple. PriceLimbo will turn over most of the profits to your account balance. You can easily see how much you will get by viewing each store's cash back amounts. Standard members get half of what Premium members get! It's no wonder smart shoppers look to upgrade. We are way too generous.

What is the Premium Membership Monthly Fee?
