Our Terms of Service

1. PriceLimbo.com is only available via the world wide web (http://www.PriceLimbo.com). You must have a valid email address, internet access, and a paypal account or valid mailing address to obtain any cash benefits from PriceLimbo.com.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for PriceLimbo.com cash back rebates.
3. Price Limbo is not responsible for the quantity, and/or quality of service or items provided by it's affiliated merchants. In addition, all inquiries concerning the merchants, including, but not limited to, products, pricing, complaints, concerns, suggestions, refunds, and returns will be addressed to the merchants from which the product/s or services purchased originated.
4. All merchants with which PriceLimbo.com has an affiliation will have no liability to services offered by the PriceLimbo.com website.
5. In order for a customer to receive a rebate on a purchase, an account must be created (Only 1 account per individual is allowed). The customer must then log into their account prior to visiting one of the participating stores posted on the website.
6. The customer account created in PriceLimbo.com will be credited a percentage of the qualified purchase made by an individual through one of the participating stores. The credited amount is accessible by obtaining a paypal account before or after the qualified purchase is made, or by requesting payment by Check.
7. A "qualified purchase" is a purchase made by an individual by clicking on the merchant's website link as it appears on the PriceLimbo.com website, and being connected successfully based on that click. The purchase must not be fradulent and the customer must follow any rules and regulations pertaining to that participating store that is involved. (refer to terms of service #5 and #6 for more clarification).
8. Product returns and exchanges may result in a debiting of commissions. This is determined by discretion of the merchant affiliate program. If commissions are withdrawn, the same payout is withdrawn from the customer account. Typically, withdrawn commissions are a result of a returned product within the 30 to 60 day return guarantee (may differ per merchant).
9. Price Limbo will credit a customer's account a percentage of the net purchases made by you at any of the participating merchants affiliates with PriceLimbo.com. Net purchases are the total price of the service/product minus additional fees: tax, shipping, returns, cancellations, wrapping, promotional credits, and transaction fees.
10. Rebate amounts are subject to change at the discretion of PriceLimbo.com and/or it's affiliated merchants. Warning will be given as early as possible and changes on the site will be performed likewise. Likewise, PriceLimbo will send weekly updates of customer account status'. This entails the balance of what a customer has earned through qualified purchases.
11. All auction and freebies related websites will not be involved as part of the cash rebate incentives. No percentage of a purchase made will be returned. If a "0%" is posted beside a merchant then no rebate is offered at that particular merchant.
12. Price Limbo reserves the right to terminate and refuse creditable rebates for fraudulant, abusive, or dishonest activity made against the Price Limbo website.
13. Individuals may not request money from PriceLimbo.com through their paypal account. If an error is suspected, or an amount not properly credited to the individual claiming to have made a "qualified purchase," then they are to contact PriceLimbo.com via our Contact Us page with their concerns.
14. Sessions within the PriceLimbo.com website must be performed by a human, not by automation of any kind or scripts. Any manipulation of scripting to the PriceLimbo.com website will terminate any potential rebates and may further legal action.
15. At the present time, payment of rebates will either be sent electronically via Paypal, or by Check via US Postal Services.
16. Altering links, html, or any part of the PriceLimbo.com website will disqualify that individual from receiving rebates.
17. Saving a merchants website in the favorites folder within the individual's browser and bookmarking a merchant's website and returning for later purchases to such merchant's will not qualify that individual for a rebate.
18. Price Limbo is not responsible for individual's browser not accepting the javascript applications or cookies on the PriceLimbo.com website that enable the individual's email address to be tracked successfully for qualified purchases.
19. In no case will PriceLimbo.com be responsible for any individual's misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the terms of service. Likewise, PriceLimbo.com will not be responsible for any individual's misunderstanding of how the internet, browsers, and in addition, but not limited to, computers function.
20. Individuals may be taxed on their amount of rebates accrued, in accordance to federal, state, and local jurisdictions. In those cases, the individual is solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities. PriceLimbo.com does not tax any customer.
21. We do not advise any individual in any matter concerning money, which would otherwise be reserved for a financial advisor.
22. PriceLimbo.com does not guarantee nor warrant that the PriceLimbo.com website is free of errors. PriceLimbo.com will not be responsible for any damage caused by internet access, interruptions, browser errors, older browsers, this including but not limited to, an individual's inability to purchase items from a merchant online.
23. Individuals taking part of PriceLimbo.com's cash-return services will not hold Price Limbo nor it's employees, affiliated merchants, and directors responsible for any legal fees, nor make any claim or demand through third parties.
24. Both Free and Premium Account holders are not eligible to receive a rebate until their account has reached a total of at least $25.00.
25. Refunds for the Premium membership plan are as follows: Members who upgrade from the free membership may request a refund of their monthly fee only, and within 3 days of upgrading. All new premium members are charged a monthly membership fee of $8.51. This fee covers 1 month of High Cash pay for shopping at one of the merchants listed on the PriceLimbo.com website. (commissions vary per merchant) Premium Members may be entitled to other incentives. The membership upgrade entitles premium members a greater payout for most merchants listed on the PriceLimbo.com website. Any processing fees will be shown prior to upgrade and will not be refunded.
